Hotkey(s) in Maya does not work?

Well this problem is so easy and kinda stupid (You might laugh after you read this. But I was like: "WOW that simple?). And it was going into my nerves for A LONG time (My whole 2006 REEL!). BUT I FINALLY SOLVED IT!

Whenever you see that you can't use any hotkey in Maya, just press Alt + Shift together and the problem is solved! And let me tell you that THIS IS NOT A BUG. It's just the configuration of your Windows. And if you wanna know why this happens, read the rest...

This problem is only for Windows users that have more than one typing language configured on their windows. And if this other typing language is a unicode language like Persian and you use Maya SO FAST, you WILL have this problem. Why? Well the hotkey to change the typing language in windows is Alt + Shift by default in windows. And because we use A LOT of Alt(s) and Shift(s) in Maya, sometimes we accidentally press them both which is fine by Maya. But what is happening in the background of Windows is that your typing language now has been changed from English to Persian! So you are trying to  hit "W" for move but Windows is sending "ص" instead to Maya and so on...

So here is my first Maya tutorial. And also one of the most irritating, annoying and mysterious problem in Maya has been solved by AMIN!
